Three years ago, I almost didn’t come back. This weekend, I’m planting the seeds for your healing.

There’s something that shifts when you brush up against death.
You stop pretending you have forever.
You stop waiting to feel “ready.”

You start listening to the whispers… the ones that say:

Three years ago this summer, I had a near-death experience.
One moment I was here, the next—I was gone—catapulted to the realm of my ancestors who sent me back with a mission and fought to keep me alive to activate my soul’s purpose…to help you with yours…

I didn’t have a choice but to return. But I came back different. I came back with clarity. With urgency. With a mission I couldn’t ignore, even though it’s taken me years to integrate.

So no, I’m not celebrating “3 years sober” in the traditional sense.
I’m celebrating 3 years alive.
Three years of remembering how sacred this life is.
Three years of walking a new path—one rooted in purpose, legacy, and healing.

And this weekend, I’m doing something that feels incredibly fated:

I’m traveling to Verdesana, the breathtaking 100-acre eco-village in the Costa Rican cloud forest where the It’s Your Legacy retreat will be held this coming January.

While I’m there, I’ll be listening to the land.
Opening ceremony with the Earth.
And laying down the energetic groundwork for you.
For your clarity. Your freedom. Your ancestral healing.
For everything this retreat is destined to unlock.

Because this isn’t just an event—it’s a living prayer.
