I just returned from Costa Rica…and something changed in me

I just returned from Costa Rica… and honestly, it’s hard to put into words how deeply this journey stirred my soul.

From the moment I stepped onto the lush, misty mountains of El Guarco, I knew something sacred was at work. I was greeted by a vibrant, heart-centered community, five-star accommodations, and nurturing from the loving staff and healing local plant based food. 

But what truly took my breath away was the land itself.

This isn’t just a retreat center at Verdesana—it’s a living legacy. Once stripped bare by an agricultural dairy-farm, this site was lovingly restored by a visionary father and son. They regenerated it, tree by tree, into a lush paradise in the cloud forest. Today, the very trees they planted form the luxury eco-structures that now hold healing, ceremony, and deep transformation.

Every inch of the land pulses with ancestral wisdom. I felt it in my body. I heard it in the stillness. It woke me up with mid-night downloads, visions, and messages that reminded me of who I am—and why I’m here. It gave me special messages for YOU.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some of the insights and powerful moments I experienced—stories about synchronicities with the rain, the mother-healing that found me, the fears I had to face to even say “yes” to this trip, and the invitation I now hold for you to come experience this too.
