February Updates and Classes

Hello my lovely community! How I've missed you all so much as I've been busy hibernating for the last few months, with my nose to the grindstone working hard on a number of fabulous projects that I can't with to share with all of you!
 
Firstly I hope you all had a wonderful start to the new year and have been manifesting everything you've been wanting in your life. Although we've been in a challenging shift with everything that's been going on in the world I hope you have been able to find peace within. These series of national events, including Trump's inauguration have been stirring up the collective shadow and many of you have been reaching out asking for help navigating the energy from the collective consciousness. My main advice has been to encourage you to remember what you love, what you desire and what you're passionate about and work diligently on creating what you want for your life for your community.

That being said, I can't wait to tell you about a NEW Live Mastermind Class I've been diligently developing for YOU with the wonderful and talented Art Therapist, Briana MacWilliam called Healing Through the Chakras Mindfulness and Creative Arts Therapies.

In this Mastermind course we’ll be diving into each of the 7 Chakras, teaching you how to clear blockages, activate and manifest through each of your energy centers. This course gives you informative lectures on each of the Chakras, articles, art therapy exercises, quizzes to identify where you’re strong and where you’re stuck, and meditations to help you unlock, unblock and activate your energy centers!
 
But to get you warmed up for the upcoming Masterclass, we’ll be offering 7 Live Webinars on each of the Chakras. The Webinars will be $35 and go toward continuing education credits for Creative Arts therapists. So go ahead and mark these dates down in your calendar!
